Silver Series- Snow Village Halloween
Revised 1/11/2021

The Silver Series classification was introduced by Department 56 in 2018. The buildings and accessories are made from resin and invoke the same charm and feel of the Gold Standard Villages and accessories. The resin composition allows for a more detailed product and less expensive production cost. In turn, this allowed the company to produce items that could reach a new customer base, at a lower price point, with the hope of them graduating into the Gold Standard Villages.

Releases have been in sets of four that include a building, Coordinating Accessories, Fresh Fallen Snow and a Sisal Tree. The lit buildings were designed by Scott Enter, Snow Village Halloween Artist, in the same style as the collection for which it is named. While the Silver Series is considered a stand-alone collection, designs are easily incorporated by Snow Village Halloween collectors. The entire classification was retired in 2020.
